FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
This strategic partnership brings together two of the world’s leading networks supporting women in print and graphics communications, expanding access to professional development, community engagement, and global connectivity for members of both organisations.
From the beginning of 2026, all financial members of Women in Print Australia will receive complimentary access to Girls Who Print’s international online events, digital resources, learning programs, and global community spaces.
Likewise, Girls Who Print members will be welcomed as Associate Members of Women in Print Australia at no cost, allowing them to participate in Australian initiatives and member offerings, including attending member events when working or travelling for a holiday in Australia.
As the world’s largest professional network for women in print and graphic communications, and a nonprofit organisation, Girls Who Print has a substantial global community, offers extensive online programming, and has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to education, mentorship, and industry-wide advocacy.
This new global reciprocal membership reflects a shared commitment by the two organisations to fostering community, amplifying women’s voices and strengthening professional pathways across the global print ecosystem.
Women in Print Board Chair Stephanie Gaddin says, “For Women in Print, this is both a strategic step and a practical one, connecting our members with a global network of peers navigating the same challenges and opportunities we see here in Australia.
“Girls Who Print has long been a leader in this space internationally, and formalising our relationship means we can amplify our collective impact rather than working in parallel. It’s a meaningful move — and the right one — for women across our industry.
“While not all women in our industry have the chance to travel to international trade shows or industry events, this new agreement provides the opportunity to connect with a global peer network and to share perspectives and experiences that extend far beyond our local footprint.
“By aligning our memberships in this way, members of both organisations can take advantage of new pathways for support, learning, and connection. This reflects the way our industry genuinely works – connected across borders and disciplines, and strengthened by the communities we build.”
Girls Who Print Executive Director Deborah Corn adds, “Girls Who Print offers a broad range of support — education, mentorship, leadership development, Print University, our Advancement Resource Center, and a global community that supports women in advancing their careers.
“Partnering with Women in Print Australia strengthens that work. Their commitment to elevating women aligns with ours, and this reciprocal membership makes our combined resources accessible to more women than ever before.
“By linking our communities, we’re expanding learning pathways, professional networks, and opportunities that help women build sustainable, successful careers in print,” Corn added.
The global reciprocal membership benefits will be available to members of each organisation from 1 January 2026.
