Welcome to The ARC: A Framework for Career Growth
The ARC (Advancement Resource Center) is the professional growth hub for Girls Who Print members and is included in membership.
The ARC brings together learning, mentorship, and career resources in one place to support women in the print and graphic communications industry at every stage of their careers. It is not a single program or course, but a structured framework that helps you build skills, gain knowledge, connect with experts, and create the career and success you deserve.Â

What You Will Find in The ARC
All members of Girls Who Print have access to The Print University, an on-demand learning library within The ARC. It includes courses, presentations, and resources created by industry experts. You can access content anytime and return to it as needed.
Concierge Mentorship in The ARC is designed for short-term guidance around a specific question, challenge, or decision. Think of it as targeted support, not an ongoing mentorship relationship. You are matched with help based on the area of experience you need and the issue you want to work through.
Ask the Experts gives you direct access to experienced professionals across print, packaging, design, and marketing. Through the ARC forums, you can engage with experts, learn from shared insight, and gain perspective from people working across different roles and specialties.
The ARC includes spaces where you can connect with other members, exchange ideas, and learn from shared experience. This collective knowledge strengthens everyone involved.
You can access career-focused resources, including job opportunities, internships, and professional development information shared by industry partners and peers.
Girls Who Print sponsors contribute industry resources, education, thought leadership, and product expertise that help members deepen their knowledge across all segments of print. Our global sponsor directory is accessible to everyone.
