Defining Success with Intention

We hear the word success constantly, but rarely stop to ask whose definition we’re using.

This conversation explores where common ideas about success come from, how titles, salary, timelines, and comparison shape our decisions, and why those markers don’t always reflect what actually matters.

The session focuses on defining success with intention by breaking it into parts, understanding tradeoffs, and paying attention to what work looks like day to day. We also discuss how to make decisions with clarity instead of comparison, separating visibility from value, and revisiting how you define success as your responsibilities and priorities change.

Hosted by Deborah Corn and Kelly Mallozzi.
